How Our Wellness Program Works
Coach Jaya's wellness program is designed to be flexible and adaptable, tailored to the specific needs of your company. Here's a general overview of how it works:
Stage 1 Assessment and Proposal
Coach Jaya will assess your company’s culture and challenges, then create a customized proposal for employee coaching needs, including stress management workshops, mindfulness training, and one-on-one sessions..
Stage 2 Implementation and Approval
Upon approval, Coach Jaya will coordinate the program, organizing seminars, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions. She will also set up a wellness program portal for ongoing support.
Stage 3 Maintenance and Evaluation
Ongoing support is key to the success of any wellness program. Coach Jaya will provide regular follow-up sessions to check in with employees and gauge the impact of the program. Feedback from both employees and employers will be used to refine and improve the program over time.
